  • Over the past few years, I’ve been so proud to watch my children flourish in their careers. They are both incredibly talented, driven, and compassionate humans. Today, I’m celebrating my son Oliver’s latest Adidas marketing campaign in LA — not just because it’s freaking fun, but because it stirred up some personal reflection. When I was deep in my career in tech marketing, the demands were intense — long hours, constant travel, relentless deadlines. I loved what I did, but I also carried the weight of trying to be a “good mom” by some imaginary standard. More than once, a well-meaning stay-at-home parent would remind me I really should try to join more school committees. But looking back, I now see what my career gave my children — not what it took away. I may not have made every PTA meeting, but I brought my kids into my world. I took them on location to events, gave them behind-the-scenes access to launches and campaigns, and let them experience creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in action. One Spring Break, I had a massive Windows Phone launch — a global press conference, three cities, and a Times Square pop-up concert with Nicki Minaj. I couldn’t take the week off, so Oliver (13 at the time) came to NYC with me. He sat in on agency meetings, watched the stage build, met the dancers, and soaked it all in. Over the years, we continued the tradition, he’d demo products at trade shows and help at CES. And along the way, he started forming his own path. To all the working moms out there: yes, the juggle is real. The guilt is real. But so is the impact you’re making — not just for your company, but for your children. You can love your work, love your kids, and

This past weekend, we celebrated a major milestone - Club América's first match in the U.S. since their long-awaited reunion with adidas. And what a celebration it was! To mark the moment, we teamed up with LA’s die-hard América supporters to unveil a massive 40-foot TIFO of the stunning new home kit proudly displayed from the 4th Street Bridge above the iconic LA River! At the heart of it all was LA’s own La Monumental, whose chants, energy, and unwavering support reminded us that fútbol is more than a game. It’s a community, a culture, and a legacy. We honored not just the beginning of a new era for Las Águilas, but also the passion and pride of their incredible US fan base. I want to extend a massive thank you to all involved in bringing this incredible project to life - looking forward to creating many more amazing moments together! La Monumental, Fisayo Alafe - Aluko, Natalie Mitchelson, Robbie W., Phillip Bircham, Fergus Barrie, Mario Flores, Erik Mendoza, Nelson A., Meagan Bryan, Chris J., Yannick Martens, Makeda Njie, Mikayla Mannix, Stefen Lovelace, Diego Sobrino, Ximena Angulo, Felipe Moreno Guerrero, Danny Palacios Izaguirre! ¡Vamos América! 💛💙

  • At LinkedIn, we’re always exploring new ways to bring people together, and we’re excited to do this through LinkedIn Games. In fact, we’ve just released our newest addition today—Tango! This logic-based game not only sharpens the mind but also offers fresh opportunities to connect with your network in creative ways. Since launching LinkedIn Games five months ago, we’ve seen an overwhelmingly positive response, with 80% of players returning to play the following day and 76% coming back a week later. Tango joins our other games—Pinpoint, Crossclimb, and Queens—continuing to provide fun ways to engage with connections. Beyond friendly competition, tools like the Grow and Catch Up tabs in My Network make it easier to build and maintain meaningful relationships. Whether it’s congratulating someone on a new job or celebrating a work anniversary, these interactions can spark friendly banter—and now, users can jump into a game like Tango directly from these tabs to keep the conversations (and competition) going strong. For those looking to expand their network or stay connected, LinkedIn Games offers a dynamic way to keep conversations flowing.
