Kate Hogan shared thishttps://lnkd.in/gih_Y4g8 Did you know 50% of C-suite leaders believe their organization will fully scale generative AI enterprise-wide in the next 6 to 12 months? However, in many of my conversations, companies are still asking: how do we make it happen? That's why I found our collaboration with Fortune - to reinvent the Fortune 500 list - so compelling. 🎥 Take a look at this short video – it brings to life what I mean when I emphasize digital core as a critical enabler for a modern AI enterprise. In this case, it’s a real competitive advantage unlocking the potential for new business by making data accessible and actionable. Kate Hogan shared thisOne of the most rewarding aspects of my role as NA COO is working with clients and my teams to address the many challenges of today’s operating environment – and the opportunities it brings for our clients and for us at Accenture. One question I’ve been getting a lot lately is: "How can my company stay ahead with #generativeAI?" Here’s my perspective: While we know that AI’s potential depends on a digital core and data – it is equally important to prioritize #skilling and #talentdevelopment. As generative AI transforms industries, the demand for advanced skills in AI and technology is surging. At Accenture, we are committed to empowering our people and clients with cutting-edge skills and knowledge and making smart investments to unlock their future potential. We recently completed our acquisition of Udacity, a leader in digital education. By integrating Udacity's deep expertise in generative AI and other advanced technologies into our LearnVantage business, we're significantly enhancing our ability to deliver state-of-the-art training and education. Kate Hogan reposted thisKate Hogan reposted thisAs CEO of North America at Accenture—the professional services firm’s largest geographic unit, which encompasses the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica—Manish Sharma has a front-row seat on the forces disrupting business. His job is to help clients adapt and capitalize on that. Accenture is six months in to a three-year plan to invest $3 billion in expanding its talent pool and capabilities in AI, with some 350 projects. Sharma says large language models like ChatGPT and Google Bard that are pre-trained on vast amounts of data “will impact 40% of the working hours.” The challenge is prioritizing investments while avoiding the risks that come with the technology—and the speed with which it’s being deployed. “You should be able to ensure that there there is no bias being created as the model is being built,” Sharma says. “The model should be able to give consistent data .. and you need to be able to explain the basis for the output.” Sharma cites a number of use cases from providing data analysis in plain English and enabling data-driven negotiations to maintenance forecasting and optimizing cash flow. But that’s not where he believes the conversation should be focused. “A lot of folks are talking about use cases,” says Sharma. “They need to move beyond and talk about deploying it at scale. The time has already come when we are now deploying GenAI at scale.” Watch the full interview for more of his insights on how that can be done.

Kate Hogan liked thisI am incredibly proud of what our engineering team delivered with GitLab 18.4! We're building the future where developers collaborate with AI agents like teammates to get work done faster. This release showcases the power of the platform!!! The AI Catalog enables teams to create custom agents tailored to their specific workflows, such as Product Planning agents that follow your labeling standards or Security agents that enforce compliance for every MR. Combined with our Knowledge Graph, which maps entire projects, and the Fix Failed Pipelines Flow, which understands business impact, we're solving real problems that keep developers in flow. And we're doing it with the enterprise-grade security our customers demand, including granular context exclusion and comprehensive audit visibility. Kate Hogan liked thisKate Hogan liked thisWhat an extraordinary day at ServiceNow's inaugural AI Youth Summit. And what a powerful reminder of why youth voices must shape the future of AI. I had the privilege of joining Sheldon Gilbert, CEO & Founder of Kura Labs, for a fireside chat with young leaders from around the world. Sheldon shared a line that stayed with me: “One cannot find the pearl by sitting at the edge of the ocean. You have to dive in.” That’s exactly what this generation is doing—diving into AI not as passive users, but as active builders, thinkers, and leaders. We spoke about AI as a thought partner, a one-on-one tutor that can expand knowledge, accelerate learning, and unlock human creativity if used with intention. And the youth made their vision clear: • They’re not afraid of AI replacing jobs — they’re focused on protecting creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking. • They want transparency, fairness, and trust at the center of AI governance. • They’re already building their own tables, not waiting for a seat at someone else’s. These insights echo what we uncovered in our Generation AI research with Comic Relief and what we see every day through RiseUp with ServiceNow: the next generation isn’t just learning new tools, they’re creating new pathways for opportunity. To the builders, makers, and bold thinkers of Gen Z: thank you for reminding us that innovation doesn’t start with code, it starts with conviction. And to the partners who brought this moment to life, thank you for showing what it looks like to lead with purpose. Let’s keep building. And let’s build it right. (Fear of Missing Out) — o medo de perder algo importante. 5. Desconecte-se do e-mail — configure um bom OOO (Out of Office), informando claramente que você estará offline e quem pode ajudar em caso de urgência. 6.
