Chair and Chief Executive Officer at Accenture

Our early bet on Gen AI is paying off—tripling revenue and nearly doubling bookings. I am excited about how we are helping our clients turn advanced AI into real business outcomes, positioning Accenture as the partner of choice for companies ready to scale AI. Thank you to CNBC, David Faber and Sara Eisen for the opportunity to share our story on Squawk on the Street. And thank you to our Reinventors, clients and partners for helping us close such a strong fiscal year. https://lnkd.in/e8egYwK6

the least fun place I ever worked

>>Our early bet on Gen AI is paying off << Ironically, ACN plunged to 229.40, which is 52 week-low, just yesterday. I wonder who's getting the pay-off for this "bet"❓ It does not look as if the shareholders are getting the pay-off ... So Julie, who's getting it? ~ Salil

It’s inspiring to see Accenture’s early bet on GenAI translating into real business outcomes. From my own work building generative AI solutions, I’ve learned that success with AI is less about technical complexity and more about imagination, contextual knowledge, and disciplined common sense. AI can sometimes appear confident while delivering poor quality or misleading outputs. That’s why human oversight and a deep understanding of project intricacies remain essential. The real challenge isn’t just deploying AI, but guiding it with clarity and control so that it produces polished, reliable results. Your results highlight what’s possible when organizations not only adopt AI but also build the right mindset and readiness to use it profitably.

Another example of cutting your way to greater prosperity Julie Sweet. I have no problem with people making money, even a lot of it. Hopefully the severance packages will be enough for those who have helped Accenture get to where it is today.
