Sally Bessette started her journey at Bath Concepts in 2023 as a Call Center Representative. Today, she’s thriving in her new role as Dealer Support Coordinator - driven by professionalism, integrity, and a desire to keep learning. We’re wrapping up our Summer Kickoff Week with a sweet treat from the Kona Ice truck! 🍧 From City BBQ lunches to Hawaiian Day and Sports Day, it’s been a week full of fun, connection, and good vibes across our locations. A huge thank you to our HR team for organizing it all and making sure our employees feel appreciated - not just this week, but every day. It’s the little moments like these that help build a culture we’re proud of.

Matt has been a true team player and consistently committed to the process here at Bath Concepts. His performance metrics have remained top-notch, and he brings a high level of professionalism to every aspect of his work. Eager to take on a larger role, Matt is passionate about supporting the development of his teammates. We’re excited to promote him and look forward to the contributions he'll make as we continue to grow the call center.

After more than a decade of dedicated leadership, we are both proud and a little bittersweet to announce the retirement of Jay Palizzi. Jay has been an integral part of Bath Concepts for the past 10 years, playing a key role in shaping our organization with his steady leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His contributions, hard work, and dedication have left a lasting mark - and while we will certainly miss his presence, we celebrate all that he’s achieved. Jay’s last day was today, July 1, 2025, and as we wish him farewell, we do so with immense gratitude for the legacy he leaves behind. On behalf of all of us at Bath Concepts, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Jay as he embarks on this exciting new chapter of life. Congratulations on your retirement, Jay - and thank you for everything.
