BCI is pleased to share that BCI-backed Brinley Partners, LP, a private credit investment manager initially seeded by BCI’s Principal Credit Fund, has secured an additional US$4 billion commitment from a leading U.S. insurance company. This capital will fund Brinley’s inaugural collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”), the first in a planned series of rolling vintages. Brinley is a private credit investment manager with approximately US$10 billion in assets under management, including leverage and committed capital across its investment vehicles. It focuses on high-quality companies in the middle-market, upper-middle-market, and large-cap space, operating in defensive sectors. Kudos to the many BCIers who rolled up their sleeves during our first-ever on-site blood donation event with Canadian Blood Services at our Victoria office! Our people showed up in a big way. In just one day, we achieved: 🔷 65 successful blood donations (potentially saving up to 195 lives!) 🔷11 new stem cell donors registered 🔷12 new blood donors registered The day was filled with connection and community pride as employees across the organization came together to support an important cause.
