An Uber driver did something today that genuinely impressed me.
Instead of starting the trip as soon as I got in, he walked to the back of the car, opened the boot, returned with a chilled 250 ml bottle of water and said, "I offer one to every passenger."
He buys a crate of 48 bottles for around ₹240, keeps them chilled in an ice box in the boot, and says they usually last a couple of days.
Such a small expense. Such a thoughtful gesture.
Sometimes, customer delight isn't about spending more. It's about caring more.
Pls ask him not to watch Cricket while driving. Dangerous distraction.
