If you missed the announcement, Amazon has confirmed that another Prime Day sale is coming to Canada this fall.
Running from Oct. 7 – 10, Amazon Prime Big Deal Days (also known as the fall Prime Day) offers Canadians a selection of can’t-miss deals before the holidays. This year marks the first time since the fall shopping event began in 2022 that the sale will run for a full four days.

If you’re wondering how you can start prepping for the fall Prime Day sale, Amazon has several features that will make it easier to shop from Oct. 7 – 10:
- Sign up for a Prime membership: Prime Big Deal Days is open exclusively to Prime members – join here if you haven’t already. New members receive a 30-day free trial, after which a monthly membership costs $9.99 (or $99 per year).
- Build your cart early: Ahead of the sale, add your favourite items to cart to watch for discounts before checking out. If you have one of Amazon’s Alexa-enabled devices, just say, “Alexa, add [product name] to my cart.”
- Set up deal notifications: Let Amazon do the work of finding deals for you – Prime members can set up personalized notifications for items on their Wish List, in their Cart or marked “Save for Later.” To be alerted when recent searches and product views go on sale, visit the Amazon Shopping app to create deal alerts.
