The national antiterrorism agency of Russia has released details about the explosion of a homemade explosive device in a restaurant on Kudrinskaya Square in Moscow:
The explosion occurred at 7:55 PM Moscow time, resulting in three fatalities.

- One of the victims was a security guard who was preventing a woman with a bomb from entering the establishment. The second victim was the unknown woman carrying the explosive device. The third victim was one of the restaurant's patrons. 2/21 people were injured with varying degrees of severity. The necessary operational measures and investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident So the security measures in place have worked. Sadly 3 people died. 3/Rumours go round that the target was the commander in chief of the Russian airforce alexander Chayko who, according some sources, was going to have his 55th birthday party there. If the woman was doing this willingly or a victim of deceit will be established I'm sure.
