Israel knows perfectly well its ‘investigations’ are a sham. They are as unprofessional and dishonest as you’ll ever find.
It's what they ALWAYS DO. They have spies, or a mole inside groups like Unicef or ICC /UN pass along information, they get ahead of the case & come out saying "we are investigating X. So you can't investigate us." They'll hold a trial, find them guilty & quickly pardon the person
