All the Elixir libraries I’ve been publishing recently and OpenPencil are part of the same vision. The idea is much bigger than just building another design harness.

oxlint + oxfmt might be the best thing that happened to javascript tooling if you're still using eslint + prettier in 2026, i'm genuinely concerned

GPUI components, HEEx templates, Tailwind, and a remote protocol. Just a few more days of polishing before I publish it.

May be delayed a bit. A few more things to polish before the release. A new, smoother tiling renderer is coming. Thanks to our many great contributors, lots of fixes and quality-of-life improvements have landed too.

A lot of useful new stuff has landed in OpenPencil’s master branch. I plan to cut a new release later this week. The release with the self-hostable cloud will follow.

pnpm v12.0.0-rc.6 is out. If you are using corepack, you should be able to install it now successfully.
