all educational institutions should be privately owned. the government destroys everything it touches.
Classroom size has gone from nearly 30 to 15 and test scores have gotten worse. There’s plenty of money to pay teachers much much more. Cut the fat and keep classroom sizes a bit bigger. You’ll have far better outcomes by making the teaching field the best people.
