Sen. Eric Schmitt, at the center of talks today, tells @YahooSports he expects a vote next week for the Protect College Sports Act on the US Senate floor, possibly as early as Thursday and as late as Saturday.
“We have to stay to get it done if that means Friday-Saturday.”
I can’t believe any of this. What a wild and unfortunate last 5 years for college sports.
Looks like the only thing faster than a Friday night pizza delivery is a Senate vote on college sports. Guess we’ll be cheering for both!
