Just a reminder that every ocean ship entering the Great Lakes goes through the Welland Canal. Eight locks, twenty-seven miles, all of it in Ontario. That is the route. $26.3 billion of American trade depends on it. Trump didn’t think this through.

Canada's tallest skyscraper ever is officially dismantling its crane, but many are dissapointed with the final look of Pinnacle One Yonge's SkyTower. With exterior cladding now basically complete, what was supposed to be an elegant crown atop the supertall has been scraped.

“Here’s a bunch of quotidian problems experienced in every city, delivered by someone who more than likely doesn’t even live here!” “Solutions? An actual defined position on any of this? Nah, couldn’t be me dawg, I’m just paid to ‘raise concern’ in the incumbent…”

Meet Matt. We asked him a simple question: Is Toronto is better off today? His answer was also simple: NO. That's why @abctoronto_ is pushing for real solutions on safety, affordability, traffic, and accountability. It's time for A Better City. abctoronto.org

What absolute horseshit. In the last 5 years Toronto added: 2021 - 2.537M sf 2022 - 2.287M sf 2023 - 343K sf 2024 - 2.280M sf 2025 - 1.7M sf 2031 - 1.4M sf (maybe more) ~10M sf in *new Class A space* in the core (& more outside of it), all with the existing Billy Bishop setup.

Airports have a huge influence on office location choices and provincial proposal should be updated. Why would someone land all the way in Hamilton when they can choose island airport? Executive time is expensive.
