2021 - 2.537M sf
2022 - 2.287M sf
2023 - 343K sf
2024 - 2.280M sf
2025 - 1.7M sf
2031 - 1.4M sf (maybe more)
~10M sf in *new Class A space* in the core (& more outside of it), all with the existing Billy Bishop setup.
Airports have a huge influence on office location choices and provincial proposal should be updated.
Why would someone land all the way in Hamilton when they can choose island airport? Executive time is expensive.
