There is a new subdivision in Jonesborough, TN. Not many homes have sold, but the ones that have sold went for $270+ per square foot.
However, 2 homes have had their prices slashed multiple times and now are listed for $239 per square foot. However, Zillow shows the homes as Off Market, yet when one looks at the Price History, the most recent event was the price cut. IOW, the house is not Pending, Sold, or Removed. It appears to still be on the market yet Zillow indicates it’s Off Market. What gives?
