Lawmakers in the Islamic republic of Iran passed “child protection” bill allowing Muslim fathers to marry adopted daughters at a minimum age of 13.
This law force Muslim fathers who want to rape their adopted or step daughters to both wait for girls to reach a minimum age of 13 and also marry them first before the rape in order to avoid charges of adultery.
