The bar chart below (Ailsa Henderson, University of Edinburgh) shows the 2014 voting demographic. Recalling a base YES starting point of 30% or less (today it is 52%), 51% of Scotland-born Scots voted YES compared to only 29% of those born in the rest of the United Kingdom.
