Faisal Bhabha is an Associate Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, where he serves as Academic Director of the Anti-Discrimination Intensive Program and Faculty Director of the Professional LLM in Constitutional Law. His teaching and research focus on constitutional law, human rights, employment law, and legal ethics. In 2023, he received the Canadian Bar Association's Touchstone Award for advancing equality. He has represented individuals and public interest organizations in constitutional and human rights cases before tribunals and courts,
including the Supreme Court of Canada, and previously served as Vice-Chair of the Human
Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
