Today, #StargateNorway officially launches, a significant AI factory powered by latest NVIDIA GB300 technology, running on renewable energy. This project, a partnership between Nscale, #Aker, and OpenAI, will target to deliver 100,000 NVIDIA GPUs by the end of 2026, with the intention to expand significantly in the years ahead. This development marks a substantial next step in scale for the European AI sector.   This momentum follows the UK’s Isambard-AI supercomputer and Germany’s recent AI factory launch, confirming a massive upward shift: Europe is rapidly building a robust, distributed foundation for truly sovereign AI.
