“Madison served as a UX UI Design intern at the Cargill Innovation Lab at UIUC in the summer 2022 semester. Her projects focused on conversational AI, specifically a HR chatbot that Cargill's 150K+ employees engage with to answer questions and open HR tickets. Madison led phase 2 of UX and UI improvements across a 11-week project. She professionally engaged directly with the product team which is comprised of product leaders and engineers. She successfully led design research, built prototypes, solicited subject matter expert feedback and documentation. I was impressed by Madison's Figma skills, as she was even able to build animations to more effectively collaborate with engineers on intended functionality and end user experience.
