Rogue prides itself on The Industrial Revolution 2.0 and investing in its team members. To further this mission, we created the Revolution Fund. Our mission is to create a self-sustaining community that supports American manufacturing and gives back to our team members, their communities, and our suppliers. The Revolution Fund incentivizes team members to remain employed at Rogue and provides compensation opportunities above traditional retirement and bonus plans. All team members who have been with Rogue for at least two years are eligible to participate. Participants share in a portion of the earnings or principal depending on the type of awards issued. Since the Fall of 2022, Rogue has contributed $11,250,000 to the fund and paid out $1,300,000 to date. Our goal is to contribute $100,000,000 by 2035. Rogue is privately owned, has zero investors, and is debt-free. We run differently! If you like to solve problems, do things differently, and want to be part of the Industrial Revolution 2.0, join us at Rogue! https://lnkd.in/gArgkzkX

Once or twice per year, CrossFit visits Rogue HQ to lead our team through CrossFit Fundamentals training. The Fundamentals course was designed to provide an overview of CrossFit’s foundational methodology and movements. Led by CrossFit's Seminar Staff, this one-day, in-person course includes lectures, movement sessions, and workouts. Over time, all Rogue team members will take this course. In doing this, we 1) Help connect our team to our customers. 2) Teach our team functional movement. We believe in fitness and the impact it has on our lives. 3) Create events that connect team members across functional areas of the business. The latest round of CrossFit Fundamentals courses were held this week.
