We’re Hiring: Regional Director of Talent Management 🚨 Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for shaping high-performing, people-first cultures? We're on the lookout for a Regional Director of Talent Management to join our client's People & Culture team and help drive talent strategy across multiple business units. This is a high-impact role that partners directly with senior leadership to design and execute initiatives around: ✅ Talent development & succession planning ✅ Organizational design ✅ Employee engagement & performance ✅ Leadership coaching & development ✅ Culture-building & continuous feedback 🔍 What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5+ years of Talent Management or HR leadership experience (7+ preferred) ✔️ Strong consultative approach & executive presence ✔️ Expertise in organizational design, development, and change management ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Workday experience a big plus!) ✔️ Based in a major metro area in the Central or Eastern U.S. Tag someone who might be a great fit and feel free to reach out with questions. We're proud to give back! Greene Resources has partnered with Greenplaces and Raleigh Founded to collect essential supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene in North Carolina. If you'd like to contribute, please drop off your donations at our Raleigh office, located at 6601 Six Forks Rd, Suite 120. We are accepting donations until Thursday, October 17th. Every item counts in helping those impacted by the storm!

As we all have been feeling the weight of the loss and devastation our neighbors and friends in Western North Carolina have suffered due to Hurricane Helene, we have organized a Hurricane Relief Supply Drive to support the community. Drop off locations are available at Perimeter Park and Southport Innovation Center in Morrisville and Park Point in Durham. We will coordinate transporting these donations in two trips.
