I am thrilled to share that the ISPE GAMP® Artificial Intelligence Guidance Document has officially been published! This long-awaited guide represents a major step forward in helping the life sciences industry navigate the practical, responsible, and compliant adoption of AI technologies within GxP environments. A heartfelt thank you to Brandi Stockton and Martin Heitmann for their incredible leadership and stewardship throughout this initiative. Your vision, clarity, and (most importantly!) patience made it possible for contributors like myself to participate—even amidst packed calendars and competing priorities. Your encouragement and flexibility meant a lot. About the Guide: A major milestone for industry has been reached! ISPE has just published the ISPE GAMP® Artificial Intelligence Guide! This Guide aims to support life science organizations in the adoption of AI in regulated areas, providing a comprehensive and holistic best practice framework. The work on this Guide was sponsored and supported by the ISPE GAMP® Community of Practice (CoP) Software Automation and Artificial Intelligence SA & AI Special Interest Group (SIG). About the Team: A global task team made the AI Guide possible under the leadership of Brandi Stockton, Eric Staib, and Martin Heitmann: Rolf Blumenthal, Taylor Chartier, Aude Chetwynd, Joanne Donald, FRQA, Stephen Ferrell, Gail Francis, Carsten Jasper, Stuart Jones, Ian Lucas, Stefan Münch, Meher Muttanapalli, Peyton Myers, Raj Nandhan R M, Tatum O'Kennedy, Mohammed Arif Rahman, Rick Rambo, Laila Rasmy, Doug Shaw, Tomos Williams, Kathy Zielinski CSPO®, CSM®, and Myself I am proud to be one of the 24 members of the task team who created the Guide - it has been an insightful journey full of learnings and new connections. I also want to thank my current company, Apprentice.io, for supporting my involvement in this important initiative. I’m deeply grateful to be part of a team that not only embraces innovation but actively supports thought leadership and industry contribution. Being given the space to serve as a core author on this guidance was a privilege I don’t take lightly. This Guide is one of the great examples of what volunteering ISPE can facilitate: Connections growing to a network, sparking ideas that are turned into reality. #ISPE #GAMP #LifeSciences #GxP #AI

Field Service Has a New Teammate. And It Doesn’t Need Coffee Breaks. After exploring Agentic AI’s role in pharma with Apprentice.io, Link:-https://lnkd.in/dHBDJDQE I turned my lens to a very different frontline -field service. What did I find? While most vendors are still debuting chatbots and dashboards, Salesforce is running a different play: one rooted in goal-driven agents, real-time orchestration, and context-aware decision-making. These aren’t just tools that respond to prompts -they pursue outcomes, reason across applications, escalate when needed, and even collaborate with humans mid-flow. > What sets this apart: A layered architecture where trust isn’t an afterthought, it's embedded Native coordination across Salesforce platforms + third-party systems. Agent-human teaming that augments, not replaces, technicians and dispatchers. This isn’t AI assisting people. It’s people and agents solving together. - I’ve unpacked it all in my new piece: “Agentic AI in the Field: How Salesforce is Orchestrating the Next Phase of FSM Autonomy.” Katelyn Burrill Sebastian Rowell Rachel Sherman Caitlin DeRango #AgenticAI #FSM #Salesforce #FieldService #FutureOfWork #AIinIndustry #DispatchAutomation #EnterpriseAI

Is compliance still a paper trail game? Or is it quietly becoming an AI-driven ecosystem that checks itself - in real time? Been exploring how companies like Apprentice.io are using agentic AI not just to automate steps, but to embed quality, traceability, and continuous improvement directly into the fabric of manufacturing. >>Imagine a network of AI agents that don’t just execute tasks, but cross-verify, escalate, and learn - so by the time data moves downstream, it’s already passed multiple layers of digital peer review. Compliance isn’t a bottleneck anymore; it’s a built-in, ever-improving safeguard. Feels like we’re on the edge of something big here. Curious: Is this the future of regulated industries? How soon before compliance isn’t an “after the fact” audit, but a live, evolving AI fabric? Would love to hear how others see this playing out.
