Today is an important milestone for AIRS ML.
I’m delighted to share that AIRS ML has been selected for Mobilise, the UK Government-backed accelerator supporting ambitious companies developing the next generation of automotive technologies.
The announcement comes as the UK Government unveils nearly £130 million of industry-matched investment across DRIVE35 and CAM Pathfinder, supporting cutting-edge zero-emission vehicle and connected and automated mobility technologies across the UK and helping to secure more than 1,800 high-value manufacturing jobs. Please find the full announcement here (https://lnkd.in/ewPaAt8n).
For AIRS ML, being selected for Mobilise is particularly meaningful.
We started the company with a belief that the next generation of industrial AI needs to operate much closer to the physical world.
Vehicles, machines and manufacturing systems generate enormous amounts of valuable data. Rather than depending entirely on sending that data to the cloud, we are building Edge AI technology that can bring intelligence closer to where the data is generated, enabling faster, more efficient and more resilient decision-making.
Mobilise allows us to accelerate that technology towards automotive applications, strengthen our route to market, validate what we are building with industry and learn from some of the best people in the UK automotive ecosystem.
For an early-stage deep-tech company, that combination of technical validation, commercial support, industry access and Government backing is incredibly valuable.
I’m proud of what the AIRS ML team has achieved to reach this point, and grateful to everyone who has supported us along the way.
Thank you to the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, Advanced Propulsion Centre UK, Innovate UK and Zenzic for continuing to back UK automotive innovation.
