The Governing Board of the Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking has approved €290 million EU funding for 19 new Clean Aviation projects, which amounts to €664 million in total research effort.

CLEAN SKY 1 & 2 (2000 - 2024)
Started in 2000 as the European Advisory Council for R&I in Aviation. Followed by Clean Sky 1 and Clean Sky 2 programmes to become a EU flagship public-private partnership.
CLEAN AVIATION (2022 - 2030)
Built on the achievements of Clean Sky 1 and 2, Clean Aviation was launched in 2022 and continues to thrive today.
