Netatalk Support
We provide commercial 3rd level support for Netatalk:
- support for end users. Note that you should be skilled enough so to solve any level 2 support issues by yourself. Consider talking to a service provider near you otherwise, directing the service provider to us for 3rd level support
- support for resellers and service providers who provide 2nd level support to their customers
- support for ISVs
Support is available in form of yearly service subscriptions.
Web access to our support ticketing system for registered customers is available here. Registered customers also can send emails directly to rt@netafp.com in order to create new service tickets.
