If you're a redneck that has a problem with Black people and you don't think that the American government is doing enough about it, the leftist lawyers' conclusion is: it's okay to act in this way if you're desperate enough. Therefore you can bring back the Ku Klux Klan or take any other anti-Black action you like.
Looking at the UK, if you don't believe that the UK government is doing enough against illegal immigration and you become so frustrated with the attacks and the damage that these people are doing (and you take the law into your own hands), the leftist lawyer says, "If you're desperate enough, that's okay."
