Plus Spain's recent signed agreement with Algeria on a new gas deal. This will mean gas flowing straight from Algeria to Almer铆a (SE Spain) without the need to cross Morocco & having to pay a toll. Add the fact that Algeria and Morocco are long-time enemies due to Western Sahara.
