Funny how in most of the world tips are given only for good service and waiters earn a decent salary, while in the US, even with tips not
If you can’t afford to Tip at least 20%, you genuinely cannot afford to eat out at a sit-down restaurant. Cook at home. Stop punishing underpaid servers because you’re mad at the restaurant's business model.
