On Wednesday July 22 we're bringing together lawyers, organisers and dockworkers who are all fighting the same fight from different angles.
Juman from the BDS National Committee will speak on Block the Boat, the international campaign to stop illegal maritime transfers around the world that enable Israel’s genocide, illegal occupation and apartheid.
Sara, Coordinator of the Maritime Transfers campaign in BDS Italy and Stefano, Italian dockworker and BDS activist, will speak on the implementation of the Block the Boat campaign on the ground, organising against maritime shipments to Israel, including the work already underway in Italy.
Lea Kayali, Palestinian Youth Movement, will break down the Mask Off Maersk campaign and what it reveals about the maritime supply chain.
Agnese Valenti, Senior Legal Officer at ELSC, will lay out the legal tactics being used to challenge this supply chain at sea.
