שנה שלמה חלפה מאז שהמתנחל ינון לוי ירה למוות בעודה הד׳אלין, תושב אום אל ח׳ייר שבמסאפר יטא. עודה תיעד במצלמתו את רגעי הירי. לוי שוחרר ממעצר לאחר לילה אחד, וכעבור מספר ימים תועד שוב מסתובבבשטח הכפר. לא הוגש נגדו כתב אישום. עודה היה בן 31 במותו, אב לשלושה ילדים קטנים, מחנך, פעיל
