Even if it were a prison, I am not aware of many-or-any inmates who hand/execute civilians who live near prisons.
Bassem Al-Batriakhi was one of ~140,000 Gazans who traveled the world via Egypt annually using a PA passport. He went to Mauritania to obtain his law degree, then returned to Gaza to fire rockets at Israel for Islamic Jihad. Gaza was never a "prison" as claimed to justify 10/7.- Even if it were a prison, I am not aware of many-or-any inmates who hand/execute civilians who live near prisons.
