Time and time again, Blanche has shown that he is only capable of serving the interest of one client, Donald Trump, and that is why this nomination should not only be delayed, it should be rejected.

FYI, Todd Blanche was confirmed by Congress as Deputy Attorney General in 2025. The Federal Vacancies Reform Act and 28 U.S.C. § 508, allowed Blanche to become the Acting Attorney General after Pam Bondi was fired. Trump can keep Blanche as Acting Attorney General indefinitely.
