Netanyahu was Israel's Permanent Representative to the UN 1984-88 so he knows how rare such a broad walkout is. NB At UN (unlike some national legislatures) a quiet walkout is not considered a breach of decorum, unlike shouting or creating other noise that interrupts a speaker.
