I thought it was mainstream fact.
You are above 45 in India and you are looked upon like you are a Neanderthal from stone age.
Companies do not want to use your experience or talent.
Younger generation is happy to call you boomer and cast you aside.

- People in their 40s — millennials — still have childlike hearts. They look younger, stay eager to learn, and carry years of lessons with them.
- That is so true. A couple of weeks ago I jokingly asked my friend to make one last switch to my company. He just turned 42. It is a well-known fact that after you cross 40, your chances of switching jobs become very thin.
- It is because the talent pool is very high!!
