Hartford, Connecticut airport features a creepy doctor-in-box pod.
Sadly I didn鈥檛 have time to mess with it.
I have no idea WTF this is ... a Doctor or PA or ?? sitting in a booth at a @Bradley_Airport ? When I worked at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, Office of Academic Enrichment & Outreach, I wrote the school a tagline: "The Future Doctor Is IN" ... They never used it.
You walk in and a robotic arm with a needle pops out and sticks it into your deltoid. Bam! $20 charge. But you get a coupon for a cheeseburger.
Is there an actual doctor in the pod???
