Having struggled with my own chronic diseases & body dysmorphia for most of my life, I now have a healthy relationship with food, live a disease-free life, and have more energy and mental focus than I had in my twenties. I love to cook and eat, and I especially enjoy modifying recipes to make them healthier, and tastier. I am a Metabolic Health Practitioner (MHP), a Nutrition Network Practitioner (NNP), a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), holding additional certifications in Community Nutrition, Diabetes Care & Education, Nutrition & Health Promotion, Therapeautic Carbohydrate Restriction & the Low Carb/Ketogenic Lifestyle.
