Having struggled with my own chronic diseases & body dysmorphia for most of my life, I now have a healthy relationship with food, live a disease-free life, and have more energy and mental focus than I had in my twenties. I love to cook and eat, and I especially enjoy modifying recipes to make them healthier, and tastier. I am a Metabolic Health Practitioner (MHP), a Nutrition Network Practitioner (NNP), a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), and a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), holding additional certifications in Community Nutrition, Diabetes Care & Education, Nutrition & Health Promotion, Therapeautic Carbohydrate Restriction & the Low Carb/Ketogenic Lifestyle.
I founded Simplified Health & Nutrition, a virtual health practice, to focus on metabolic dysfunction, the root cause of most non-infectious chronic diseases. Specializing in disease prevention and reversal, I work alongside my clients teaching them what, when, and how to eat so they can prevent diabetes and other chronic diseases. Using drug-free protocols, we restore metabolic health allowing my clients to age without pain, disease, or dependence on medication.
