FAQ
What is Nicegram?
Nicegram is multi-account Telegram, powered by AI. Sign in with your existing Telegram accounts on iOS, Android or macOS, keep them all in one app (up to 1,000 on iOS, 100 on Android) and use AI chat, a translator, voice to text and chat summaries inside your chats.
Is Nicegram affiliated with Telegram?
No. Nicegram is an independent, open-source app for Telegram. It is not made or endorsed by Telegram, works on the official Telegram API and stays compatible with Telegram's updates.
Is it safe?
Yes. Messages are encrypted and stored on Telegram's servers, and we collect only what the app needs to work. See our Privacy Policy and our code on GitHub.
How many Telegram accounts can I add?
As many as you run in practice: up to 1,000 accounts on iOS and up to 100 on Android, against Telegram's limit of 3. Add one in Settings → Add Account, and back them all up in Settings → Nicegram → Accounts.
Can I move my accounts to a new phone?
Yes. On iOS, turn on iCloud Backup or export your sessions as a file; on Android, export the file. Import it on the new device in Settings → Nicegram → Accounts.
What can the AI do in my chats?
Lily AI chats with you, writes and creates images. In your chats, AI translates messages, turns voice messages into text, summarizes long conversations into key points and action items, drafts replies and proofreads. On iOS, call recordings can come with an AI summary.
What data do AI features use?
Only what you send to them. Prompts and the chat context you choose are processed by our AI model providers to deliver the feature. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Does Nicegram train AI on my messages?
No. We do not use your personal chats to train any models, and we do not share your data with partners.
Is voice call recording legal?
It depends on where you are. Some countries require one party's consent, others everyone's. You are responsible for following local law and asking for consent where required.
How do I install Nicegram?
iOS Download from the App Store, or follow our “How to install IPA?” guide (requires signing). Android Available on Google Play or as an APK. Desktop Install on macOS with the .dmg package.
How is Nicegram different from Telegram?
Nicegram adds what Telegram lacks: up to 1,000 accounts on iOS and 100 on Android instead of Telegram's 3, with backup and transfer, AI chat, a translator, voice to text, chat summaries and reply drafts, Double Bottom and hidden chats, keyword folders and more, while staying compatible with Telegram.
How much does it cost?
Nicegram is free. Nicegram Premium and Premium+ unlock AI features, the translator, ad-free use and more, and both start with a 7-day free trial. Some AI requests use AI tokens, which you can top up in the app.
