Staff is super nice and helpful. i come here w my friends a lot. Unfortunately, there is a small linguistics section but overall there is a lot of variety. Nice kids section too w legos. Just wish there was more for linguistics !!!!!

Not the quietest library if you're looking for a quiet space to read/study (people talk at full volume, with others there and on the phone). That being said, I love the many activities they have going on all year round. I've gone to free concerts, an art exhibit, and participated in an interactive dance. They have guitar lessons going on right now, book clubs, and social workers that help with immigration/social services. Also ESL classes, and I can't wait to participate in a crafting class, which usually fills up pretty quickly (you can register online). All for free! Lots of children's activities as well. And a small but important note, clean tasting water at the water fountain with bottle filling ability

It's a good library, large selection of books and decent amount of seating. But it's the loudest library I've ever been to. The workers talk super loud and since it's one big room everyone can hear it. The people who come to the library come to tables and chat really loudly and I've yet to see a worker to ask someone to be quiet. It almost feels like a cafe sometimes. The bathrooms also have extremely poor ventilation so it reeks of you-know-what. If you're bringing noise cancelling headphones / earbuds then it's nice, other than that you should find somewhere else to study.
