Software engineer in Istanbul, mostly mobile.

I’m Ömer. For ten years I’ve built apps for everyday things: paying with TOM Bank Hadi, shopping with Gymshark Shop, checking power outages with MASS, finding a charger with Kilowatt and keeping prayer times with Vakitler, an app of my own.

I started out in 2016, while still studying computer engineering. At Mobillium I came to lead more than twenty Android developers. I worked on Android teams abroad through RE Partners, and in 2023 I co-founded Wite, where I led projects end to end.

Since 2022 I’ve also been interviewing senior and lead Android developers for Lemon.io, and I share what I learn in writing, talks and courses. There’s more about me.
