Description:
After the latest update, the Telegram Desktop client is failing to render Amharic (Ethiopic) characters correctly. While numbers, punctuation, and emojis are visible, all Amharic letters are completely hidden or invisible in the chat interface and channel posts.
- Open the latest version of Telegram Desktop.
- Navigate to a channel or chat containing Amharic text (Ethiopic script).
- Observe that the text area appears mostly blank, showing only numbers and special characters.
Expected behaviour
All Amharic characters should be rendered correctly and be visible to the user.
Actual behaviour
Amharic letters are invisible/hidden, leaving large empty spaces between numbers and symbols.
