Ctrl-Up sometimes selects the wrong message to reply #30336

Steps to reproduce
- Focus input of a chat
- Press Ctrl-Up to reply to the last message in the chat
Expected behaviour
The last message is selected for replying.
Actual behaviour
The second-to-last message is selected.
This recently causes me to reply to the wrong message several times. It never happened before this period.
I'm sorry that I don't have a reliable reproduce procedure at the moment but I'll try to locate one. I also can't test if this happens with the static build because I haven't found a reliable reproduce procedure.
