Ryan Yogan

Principal engineer and engineering leader. 20+ years shipping distributed systems, leading teams through hypergrowth, and building production AI.

Currently building Lincoln — an experimental cognitive architecture on Elixir/OTP exploring belief revision, persistent memory, and emergent agent behavior.

What I'm working on

  • Lincoln — Cognitive substrate with belief revision semantics on Elixir/OTP. Five supervised processes maintain persistent beliefs, detect contradictions, and develop differential interests based on tunable attention parameters.
  • Nexus — Shared memory layer for multi-agent AI systems. MCP platform with semantic documentation search across 100+ libraries, deployed on Cloudflare Workers.
  • Yogan Hockey (source) — Real-time NHL/DEL stats dashboard with AI predictions. GenServer army, ETS caching, dozens of concurrent users on a $5/month Fly.io instance.
  • PuckPro — Browser-based hockey shot analysis. MediaPipe pose detection at 30fps in-browser, Claude Vision for coaching feedback.
  • Fizzy Do MCP — 70+ MCP tools for Basecamp's Fizzy. AI-native project management through conversation.
  • Omarchy Monitor Settings — TUI for Hyprland/Wayland monitor configuration. Go, Bubbletea, 80+ tests.
