Hash fragment removed from URL in browser in version 0.8.1, how can I save it in URL for scroll to section? #990

For reproduce please upgrade react-server to version 0.8.1 in "redux-basics" example, add some url to routes.js, and try add some hash fragment for this url in browser (after loading page - hash removed). I think we need change this section: 3389a45
