imo, the most wanted feature, to decrease local cache partly, not only fully..

"Add An Exception" and "Delete All Exceptions" functions for chats, groups and channels,
in "Clear Local Database" (wich in "Storage Usage", in "Data Storage")

..almost the same like for chats, groups and channels in "Notifications for chats"/"Notifications and Sounds",
btw, @nikitasius , could it possible port these exceptions settings into "Clear Local Database" option ?
