The web installer doesn't post
passwordsaltorsecret, soSetup::install()logged "Undefined array key" warnings on every install. They now default to empty and get generated as before.This only removes the warnings; I couldn't reproduce the password loop from the issue, so I'm not claiming it fixes that. Refs #65653.
