Being able to point to a local MB mirror within settings and/or env vars.
Use case
On initial bulk load of data I am beholden to the 429s on the public endpoint here currently, and sometimes intermittently, but I run a local mirror Lidarr and beets already that I can burst and speed query as fast as I want.
Proposed solution
Add another connection setting within /settings that could be pointed to, eg: http://musicbrainz:5006/ws/2
