Can you add a XDG support? Move files from ~/instead/ to there, for example:
~/instead/games -> $XDG_DATA_HOME/instead/games~/instead/saves -> $XDG_DATA_HOME/instead/saves~/instead/insteadrc -> $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/instead/insteadrc
