Model/Pipeline/Scheduler description

New T2I/I2I model released from Hunyuan (HunyuanImage-3.0)

Tencent just released HunyuanImage-3.0, which came quite fast after the 2.1 release:

Would it be possible to add support for this model? I hope it's compatible with the ongoing work in #12333.
