Swift's native
.iso8601encoding drops nonzero milliseconds, changing round-tripped date-time values. Use an ISO 8601 formatter that adds fractional seconds only when present.Depends on #3521 and introduces unchanged positive fractional case 10.
Production diff: 12 lines changed.
Validation: full Swift/schema-Swift fixtures pass; the stacked date-time fixture passes across ten affected backends. Native output with
Sendablecompiles under Swift 6 strict concurrency, and the older-system fallback remains availability-guarded.
