Dart's
DateTime.parseaccepts invalid calendar dates and rejects RFC 3339 lowercasetandz. Normalize the separators and verify calendar components before parsing.Depends on #3509. Shared lowercase case 7 is introduced later with the Go fix, after every advertised backend supports it.
Production diff: 15 lines changed.
Validation with Dart 2.14.4: full Dart/schema-Dart fixtures pass; focused lowercase, invalid-calendar, year-zero, and offset-crossing samples pass.
